Privacy & Cookies

A simple explanation of how we handle your information.

Wynncrest Books collects only the information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, operate the website, understand site use, and manage client or referral relationships.
01

Information you provide

When you contact Wynncrest, submit a publishing inquiry, make a referral, or email us, you may provide information such as your name, email address, organization, project details, or other information you choose to share. We use that information to respond, evaluate the inquiry, communicate with you, and, where applicable, manage a prospective or active working relationship.

02

With your permission, Wynncrest uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors find and use the site. Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. Analytics storage is denied by default until you choose “Allow analytics.” You can decline analytics and still use the website.

03

Service providers

Wynncrest uses third-party services to operate parts of the website and inquiry process, including Google for analytics, Airtable for forms and inquiry management, and GitHub Pages for website hosting. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services and are governed by their own privacy terms.

04

Retention & sharing

We keep inquiry and relationship information only for as long as reasonably useful for the purpose it was collected, our business records, or applicable legal and administrative needs. Wynncrest does not sell personal information to advertisers. Information may be shared with service providers or project professionals when reasonably necessary to respond to you or deliver agreed services.
